Become part of our strong team! To support our customer service department, we are looking for a motivated individual to join us as of 1 March 2026 or by agreement as a Customer Service Technician for Switzerland 100%
Your responsibilities:
- Commissioning, maintenance and repair of our high-quality gas, wood, electric or ethanol fireplaces
- Technical advice and support for our dealers on site, on the telephone or during training courses
- Close cooperation with the office staff and the entire service team
- Field service component 60% – 80% throughout Switzerland
What you bring to the table:
- Completed vocational training as an electrician, electronics technician or plumbing/heating engineer and/or further training as a combustion specialist
- High degree of independence, reliability, teamwork skills and precision in your work
- Enjoy direct customer contact and have a strong service orientation
- Good knowledge of German and ideally French (proficiency in English or other languages is an advantage).
- Experience in customer service or support is an advantage
- Good PC skills and category B driving licence
